I had a great experience at Methodist McKinney Hospital! Chaneavy, part of the patient care team, provided excellent and compassionate care. Michael, my first nurse during the initial round, was so helpful and explained everything clearly in layman’s terms, which really put me at ease. Besrat was absolutely amazing—so kind and empathetic. Thank you all for making me feel truly cared for and supported!

I had my surgery on May 16th, one more in a long line of surgeries and I can honestly say ALL of the staff are exceptionally caring, how can I name just one. From the staff in the PACU to the OR, recovery and to the floor. From registration to discharge, not only myself but also my family were not only impressed with the staff but also the facility. As my late husband would say “that’s a do over”. I would highly recommend Methodist McKinney to everyone.

They all were so kind and took very good care of me. I just can't seemed to put in to words how much I really appreciate all they did for me. No matter what time of the day but they were there with a smile and willingly to help me with what ever I needed . Thank you all so very much

I recently had a surgery at McKinney Methodist and I had simply the best experience. From the check in to the nurse who assisted me when I woke up, I could not have asked for a better team. Glenn was the best nurse. He genuinely worked hard to get me out in a timely manner. A big thank you to everyone at McKinney Methodist. Y’all are the best.

Thank you very much for stabilizing my wife’s pain.l even though there was not a gastroenterologist section in this hospital. They were able to subside her pain which was monumental for our family. I highly recommend this place because you can feel the caring they have for patients. God bless you !!!

I’ve never been to this hospital up until today. From the time we arrived to the time we left, the service was phenomenal. I went to have a procedure done. The registration area was super nice and clean. The young lady who checked me in was very helpful & kind. We then waited in the Surgery area to be called back. That’s when we met Jane (maybe Jean) she was very kind, patient. She got me all ready for the procedure and was laughing, smiling and just super friendly. Before going back to the OR, my doctor (Dr. Craig Chambers) came in to chat with me and just made me feel heard and understanding of what was to be happening. Then I met with the anesthesiologist and (Nurse, I do believe) her name was Monique and she was just making conversation with me on if I had been in a car accident is to why I was hurting so bad and had the issues I was having. When I told her that I hadn’t (thankfully) been in an accident but that I was involved in a number of relationships with lots of physical abuse. (Which I feel ashamed and embarrassed to share) but that’s the only thing I could think of is to why I have had this happen to me. She looked me in my eyes and told me she was so sorry to hear that and she rubbed my foot and said I’m really sorry you’ve had to endure that and now you’re feeling the way you do, nobody deserves that. My point is she was very compassionate and kind. After my procedure I was in recovery and my nurse at that time was Michael. We shared some stories and he helped with whatever I need with no hesitation. I just want to thank everyone that I got to see today and encountered with. I appreciate you all and myself working in healthcare. This kind of care goes a long way for some people. God Bless you all! 🩷

I recently had a procedure done here, and everyone I met was so informative and nice. The lady I met at the registration desk was super friendly and helpful answering my questions. My anesthesiologist (I'm not sure of his name) and surgeon, Dr. London, made sure I was aware of what my procedure was gonna be like, as well as the recovery. Everyone made it a delightful and easy experience from start to finish. I've never had a big surgery done before and for this being my first I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of me! The nurse who helped me before I was released, Siri, was also super fun and friendly, and we shared several laughs which made me feel better after coming right out of surgery (Best nurse ever!). They've also reached out to me a few times to see how my recovery is going and to answer any questions I've had a few days after my surgery, which is really great and shows they care. If I had to have another surgery done it would definitely be with the hands of these people! ❤️❤️😊

I had such a great experience at Methodist McKinney Hospital. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr. Madala and her team were especially wonderful—so kind, patient, and really took the time to answer all my questions. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The nurses and doctors took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my well-being. I’m really grateful for the care I received and would definitely recommend this hospital! I would definitely choose this hospital again. -R. Johnson-
